Title: Task Design incorporating Variation-Pedagogy.
Presenter: Anne Watson & John Mason
Date: 10th December 2016
Summary: Participants will be invited to engage in some mathematical tasks and then to consider the pedagogic choices in their design, and implications for their use in classrooms.
Venue: University College London, Institute of Education (UCL/IOE)
Venue Address: Main Building, 20 Bedford Way, London WC1H 0AL
Additional Notes: Just present yourself to reception and they will point you to the room. There will be no refreshments as we don't have the facilities to do this yet. However, the IOE has its own coffee shop and there are lots of possibilities nearby.
As last year, the subscription is £10 for individuals and £20 for a whole department. Remember this is for the whole year (4 sessions) and the day conference coming in July. FREE for all students in training (PGCE, Teach First, etc.).
PLEASE can all PGCE course directors, Teach First Co-ordinators and anyone else involved in teacher training pass this on to your students. They can come for free and it will be an excellent addition to any ITE course. Thank you!
